At Bee Bonafide, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@beebonafide.com with your order number and reason for return.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@beebonafide.com.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

  2. Contact your bank/credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@beebonafide.com.
